The Ivory Beauty Co. LLC. policies are final and agreed to upon payment. The paying client (Renter) assumes all liability for all guests, including themselves.

Renters MUST hold a current Cosmetology, Esthetician, or related State Board of Cosmetology certification to perform hair or makeup styling within our studio space. 

 

Rescheduling is only allowed with notice 24  hours  prior to your booking. If rescheduling occurs within 24 hour window to your original booking a new booking will be required. Payments are non- transferable. 

 

Any funds received from the renting of our studio space is non-refundable. 

 

The reserved timeframe must include setup and teardown. You may not enter The Ivory Beauty Co. studio early. You must be packed up and exit the studio at the end of your rental time. Any time spent at The Ivory Beauty Co. studio before or after your reserved timeframe is subject to an additional fee of $20.

Any furniture or decor in The Ivory Beauty Co. studio is not to be moved UNLESS said furniture has wheels.  Any removal from it's original location will result in a $50 fee, no exceptions.

The Ivory Beauty Co. studio can only hold up to 10 people at 1 time. Be mindful of this when booking our studio space.

The Ivory Beauty Co.  has a security camera inside the studio, for security purposes. 

​

If any damages occur to the studio space of The Ivory Beauty Co. or Kalifornia Glow, such as furniture, decorations, merchandise, or other equipment, the renter is responsible for all damages and will be responsible for replacing all damages. 

​

The Ivory Beauty Co. and its owners and co-workers are not liable for any damages or injuries that may incur to the renter and the renter’s participants or clients. The renter is solely responsible for the actions of him/himself and his/her participants/clients. 

​

All guests under 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian. 

​

Music can be played from our Bluetooth speaker at a reasonable volume. The owner may as you to turn it down if it’s too loud. 

​

The Ivory Beauty Co. studio is ONLY to be rented for the purposes of Makeup and Hair styling. We do not allow any cosmetologists to cut, color, or perform any chemical hair services at our studio. We also do not allow any esthetician services such as waxing, facials, lash extension or lamination services at this time.

 

We prohibit the following items from being used at The Ivory Beauty Co. studio- hair coloring of any kind, body wax, hair or facial chemicals, etc.

Renters must clean up after themselves and leave the studio as they found it.
